HISTORY - The Ford Granada was launched to replace the Zephyr and Zodiac models as large saloon in 1972 and was in production until 1994 with three different redesigns. The Mk1 was probably most famous as featured in the earlier episodes of the popular hard hitting TV series of the time, 'The Sweeney.' This model is a Mk1 3.0l 1975 saloon version which was produced from 1972 to 1977 went it was replaced by the boxier Mk2 and was available with a range of engine sizes (2.0l, 2.5l & 3.0l in the UK) as well as an estate and a coupe bodystyle.
